In a busy world full of burger trucks and taco stands, Holey Cow stands out as one of the most prevalent donut food trucks. We pride ourselves on our three main principles: good food, good service, and good fun. We specialize in all things donut. Your old favorites such as glazed and chocolate iced are always available along-side the ever changing selection of seasonal and fan favorites. Fall brings in pumpkin spice, the holidays bring in peppermint chocolate, and the summer months feature our raspberry lemonade.

We are open to all ages, races, creeds and species, but we focus mainly on college campuses. Our busy times are obviously the mornings before those pesky 8 AMs, but we are busy all day as simply a snack between class.  We feel that people love our truck because we offer superior food alongside with a fun attitude. You will often see us dancing and singing as we prepare your order and music is ALWAYS playing out our windows in an attempt to raise the spirits of those around us.  If there is one thing you take away from Holey Cow it should be this: Life is better when it’s sweet!
